Job Purpose

Ensure maintenance process performance by driving continuous improvement initiatives, aiming to maximize asset reliability.

Job Description

• CMMS Improvement: Participate in the implementation of new functionalities, controls, and processes in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to improve maintenance process efficiency.
• Maintenance Planning Support: Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of maintenance plans and updates within the maintenance management system.
• Process and Quality Support: Support the review of maintenance procedures aligned with the quality management system.
• Performance Analysis: Conduct critical analyses and develop reports and control statistics to assess asset performance and maintenance process effectiveness.
• Preventive Maintenance Optimization: Continuously analyze adherence and accuracy of preventive maintenance plans, proposing actions to maximize execution performance.
• Shutdown Planning and Execution: Participate in the planning of major maintenance shutdowns and lead their execution activities.

Location: Açu- São João da Barra-RJ

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency;
• Active registration with CREA;
• Knowledge of Lean methodology.
