We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Marketing Lead Osteo Alps (Switzerland & Austria) to join our team.
About the role
The Marketing Lead Osteo Alps owns the development and delivery of the osteoporosis marketing strategy across Switzerland and Austria. The role is accountable for translating global and regional strategies into impactful local plans, driving omnichannel engagement excellence, and ensuring strong business and patient outcomes through cross-functional leadership.
Who you’ll work with
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales & Marketing Leads, Scientific Leads, Medical & Business Insights, Communications, Market Access, Regulatory, Legal, Compliance, and Supply teams. You will also collaborate with the iEU Strategy Operations Team, local Patient Value Unit partners, healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and payer stakeholders. As part of the European Marketing Leads community, you will contribute to regional initiatives and share best practices across markets.
What you’ll do
• Own and shape the Osteoporosis marketing strategy for the Alps region, aligned with global and regional priorities
• Define key growth drivers, customer segmentation, and value propositions based on local insights
• Drive performance through clear KPIs and ensure marketing impact on business and patient outcomes
• Lead the development and continuous refinement of annual Integrated Strategic Plans (ISP) with cross-functional teams
• Translate and drive execution of regional and global osteoporosis strategies into impactful local plans
• Define and drive the development and execution of impactful promotional materials and solutions
• Own and safeguard consistency in strategy, branding, budget and communication excellence
• Own the understanding and optimization of the customer and patient journey, addressing therapy initiation hurdles and tracking impact through KPIs
• Accountable for marketing performance, engagement metrics, and contribution to business objectives within the Osteoporosis portfolio
Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 4–6 years’ experience in healthcare marketing and stakeholder engagement, with strong expertise in brand strategy, digital, and omnichannel marketing
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
• High attention to detail, ensuring all brand communications and materials are accurate and consistent, combined with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities and solve problems
• Fluent in German with good working knowledge of French and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Englis
• This is a remote position, with regular opportunities to connect with colleagues during periodic office days at our Bulle site.
