Observation Unit Nurse Manager - RN required

Unit Description Manager is responsible for 24/7 oversight of the 2B/2G Observation Unit. This is a 40 bed short stay unit (<23 hr stay), with dedicated 24/7 Provider staff. Job Summary The Manager is a Registered Nurse who orchestrates and influences the work of others in their department, to enhance the shared vision of FMH. They strive to create a culture of quality and safety in care delivery through advocacy, leadership, shared vision, knowledge of clinical and business practices, and accountability. Required: • BSN required. Master’s degree with a focus in Nursing recommended.  • MBON RN license or compact state equivalent • CPR certification • progressive leadership exp. preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri day shift with off shift and weekend rounding
