Overview
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process while delivering high-quality, candidate-centered experience and building strong partnerships with hiring managers. Identify and engage talent through proactive and creative sourcing strategies, including online research, networking, employee referrals, outreach campaigns, and industry events.
Job Duties
Recruitment Lifecycle Management
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers and HR to develop effective hiring strategies, refine role requirements, provide market insights on compensation, and support offer development and negotiations.
Performance & Goal Achievement
Meet or exceed recruitment goals aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Employer Brand
Support and enhance the employer brand by using modern sourcing tools and best practices. Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to engage talent and promote opportunities.
Strategic Sourcing
Use a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach (email, SMS), to build strong talent pipelines.
HR Technology
Utilize HR systems such as Workday, Phenom CRM, and Microsoft Office tools to manage recruiting activities efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a related field
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in either agency or in-house environments
Skills
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships
Candidate Assessment: Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates fairly and consistently
Customer Focus: Commitment to providing a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams
Organization & Analysis: Ability to manage multiple priorities and use data to inform decisions
Reliability: Consistently meets deadlines and follows through on commitments
Collaboration: Works effectively across teams and builds trust with stakeholders
Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates self-awareness, empathy, and curiosity
Preferred
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or similar credential
Travel Requirements
Occasional travel to off-site business meetings or conferences. (5% proficiency)
