Senior Engineer Solids / OSD (m/f/d)

Discover your exciting role

As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for process design from concept to implementation – occasionally also on-site at our clients. You will either lead or be a member of the process design team, take ownership of work packages and coordinate with stakeholders (clients, colleagues and suppliers) across the different project phases.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Design and specify production facilities for OSD processes – from concept phase to handover (URS, technical specifications, tendering, design phase, FAT, installation and commissioning)
• Take ownership of one or more process systems as Work Package Owner or contribute to the process design team
• Manage suppliers from contract award through FAT/SAT and qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ)
• Solve complex technical challenges in formulation, material handling and supporting processes
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP and quality standards and drive continuous improvement and best practices
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with clients, colleagues and vendors across all project stages

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process or Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
• Experience in plant engineering, process design or pharmaceutical production and operations engineering
• Solid understanding of GMP guidelines and current industry standards
• Experience in project structuring, cost and schedule planning as well as technical procurement is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confident stakeholder interaction
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken, good English language skills are an advantage
