Career Elevation and Technology Center
The Career Elevation and Technology Center (CETC) is the Career and Technical Education (CTE) center for the St. Vrain School District and is one of eight CTE centers in the state of Colorado. CETC offers classes that provide real-world, hands-on experiences in pathways that are high-wage, high-growth, high-demand, and with a post-secondary trajectory. These pathways provide students with opportunities to acquire knowledge and skills linked with specific post-secondary programs leading to a two-year or four-year degree, and provide students industry certifications giving them a jump start in their careers.

The Career Elevation and Technology Center is seeking an innovative, student-centered Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructor to develop and lead a dynamic Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation Sciences, and Human Performance pathway serving high school students in grades 9�12.
This position is ideal for an educator or industry professional passionate about preparing students for high-demand healthcare, rehabilitation, fitness, and human performance careers through hands-on, industry-aligned instruction and authentic workplace learning experiences.
Potential pathway areas include:
Sports Medicine and Exercise & Health Science
Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy
Human Nutrition & Wellness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR equivalent industry experience
Ability to obtain or hold a Colorado CTE Authorization or teaching license
Experience in one or more of the following fields:
Sports Medicine/Athletic Training/Exercise Sciences
Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy
Sports Performance/Fitness & Wellness
Current CPR/First Aid certification and BLS or ability to obtain.
Preferred experience working with high school or college-aged students
Industry certifications such as:
NASM
ACE
ACSM
CSCS
ATC
PTA/OTA
Experience with concurrent enrollment or postsecondary partnerships
Experience coordinating internships, job shadows, or clinical experiences
Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, rehabilitation, therapeutic modalities, and exercise programming
Experience developing relationships with healthcare and fitness industry partners
Passion for student mentorship and career-connected learning
