Opportunity Overview

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing activities across Latin America. This role plays a critical part in generating demand, strengthening partner engagement, increasing brand visibility, and supporting sales objectives through digital marketing, content creation, event execution, and marketing operations.

The position works closely with regional sales teams, distributors, system integrators, and global marketing teams to ensure successful implementation of regional marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Support regional marketing initiatives across LATAM
• Execute and localize digital marketing campaigns
• Create and adapt marketing content and communications
• Coordinate events, webinars, and partner activities
• Support lead generation and marketing operations
• Collaborate with sales teams, distributors, and global marketing stakeholders

Minimum job requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• 2 years of experience in:
  • • B2B marketing
    • Digital marketing
    • Communications OR event management.

Preferred job requirements:

• CRM and marketing automation tools.
