Job Description

You will be working with the Human Rights team to deliver the Fashion with Integrity strategy. On day-to-day basis you will be supporting the management of the ASOS Design Human Rights Programme, contributing to audit management, data management, reporting and administration.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Support new factory onboarding and help communicate ASOS requirements to suppliers
  • Assist in organising and reviewing human rights audits, including helping to assign risk ratings
  • Maintain the internal human rights system (TrusTrace) by entering data, updating records and generating reports
  • Help track audit findings and follow up on corrective actions with guidance from the team
  • Work with internal teams, suppliers and third parties to support remediation activities
  • Assist with engagement activities involving external stakeholders and NGOs
  • Build working relationships with the Responsible Sourcing team, suppliers and external partners
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations and updates for internal teams
  • Support external reporting requirements, including website and annual reporting
  • Respond to information requests from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Develop knowledge of ethical trade and human rights topics
  • Provide support on projects and day-to-day programme activities
  • Share ideas and feedback to help improve ways of working
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

We’d love to meet someone with…

  • A strong interest in human rights, labour rights or ethical trade
  • Some relevant experience ideal but not necessary (e.g. internship, placement, or entry-level role in sustainability, retail, NGO or consultancy)
  • Basic understanding of ethical trade standards (e.g. ETI Base Code is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to gather and organise information for reporting
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in new situations
  • Ability to travel if required
