Leidos is seeking a Staffing Resource Manager to support Mission Solutions area. The Resource Manager will assist the Program Management Office (PMO) with reviewing/vetting candidates and resumes, coordinating interviews, and working with Leidos Talent Acquisition teams, Subcontract partners, and Leidos Team Leads.
Job Responsibilities/Scope of Work: The Staffing Resource Manager will assist with evaluating candidates’ skill sets and experience against program requirements while influencing hiring decisions for the program. This role will generate metrics and provide data to the PMO and customer team members. The Resource Manager will be required to work with the Leidos Talent Acquisition team and Leidos Team Leads to develop job requisitions and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process. The Resource Manager will assist with managing and updating an online dashboard highlighting the program’s staffing needs.
- Collaborate with leadership across the program concerning staffing requirements
- Target hiring priorities for the program
- Address resource demands for all program areas
- Forecast the need for new employees working closely with leads and customer
- Provide oversight of requisition development and verification
- Coordinate hiring events with Talent Acquisition (TA)
- Track all candidates providing status updates to program and customer leadership
- Identify and escalate roadblocks as necessary, in coordination with TA
- Serve as a liaison between TA and Human Resources (HR), responding to data call requests
- Partner with subcontracts, HR, and TA to expediate offers
- Engage with Subcontracts, ensuring hiring requirements are accurately identified
- Vet candidate resumes for accuracy concerning job description requirements
- Track and brief hiring metrics in program reviews
- Ability to use Resource Management System (RMS) tool for resource management processes
- Perform continuous process improvement for the staffing
- Create and maintain a strategic staffing plan for the program
Required
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience (additional relevant work experience in lieu of degree)
- Experience as a project lead
- Experience working as a recruiter hiring or supporting the staffing needs of a government contract
- Excellent communication skills needed to interact with sponsor, site leads and potential candidates
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including the PMO
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions
- Experience with Microsoft Office products to include advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excel working under tight deadlines
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and structure information efficiently
- Collaborate and communicate in an effective manner with Leidos PMO
Desired:
- Experience with/knowledge of the Intelligence Community
- Experience supporting PMOs

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
