We are searching for the best talent for Business Assistant (1 year Fixed-term contract) to be in Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico.

Purpose

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient execution, compliance, and visibility across projects and initiatives. The role focuses on coordination, tracking, and process support, enabling teams to deliver work on time and in alignment with internal standards and within compliance.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support day-to-day operational activities related to projects and initiatives.

  • Assist with tracking contracts, purchase orders, due diligence, accruals, and renewals to ensure timely execution and compliance.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, trackers, and documentation.

  • Support ticket management, prioritization, and status follow-up across stakeholders.

  • Prepare presentations and pre-read materials; coordinate and schedule meetings, including agenda preparation, logistics, and follow-up actions.

  • Assist in vendor information management and documentation accuracy.

  • Contribute to basic process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Support communication and alignment with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently in the final years of studyin Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, Finance, or related fields.

Experience

Previous experience in operational roles required


Availability to work on a 1-year fixed-term contract

Skills – Required

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a clear sense of ownership over assigned tasks and deliverables.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work with structured processes.

  • Basic understanding of operational or administrative workflows.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, demonstrating sense of urgency and accountability in meeting deadlines

  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English

Skills – Preferred

  • Experience supporting projects, purchase, vendors, or operational processes.

  • Familiarity with tracking tools, dashboards, or ticketing systems.

  • Interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
