Why This Role Matters
As a Reporting & Forecasting Analyst, you will play a central role in delivering accurate reporting, validating business forecasts, and supporting both SSC and Front Office teams with data-driven insights. Your work ensures timely and reliable business intelligence, strengthens forecasting accuracy, and helps sales and customer teams make informed decisions through effective reporting tools and analysis.
What You’ll Do
Extract, analyze, and prepare data for regular business reporting and forecasting activities across multiple countries and teams.
Create and maintain reporting packs, including variance analysis, charts, and consolidated views for customers, sales teams, and front office agents.
Prepare, upload, and submit monthly business forecast data while performing validation and control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support SSC and Front Office teams with ad-hoc reporting requests, simulations, and data analysis in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Develop and implement new reporting solutions and sales-view reports to improve customer discussions, provider reviews, and sales visits.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design customer consolidation reports and reporting packs tailored to operational and commercial needs.
Ensure all tasks are delivered against agreed service levels and metrics while maintaining up-to-date process documentation and reporting standards.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder currently pursuing professional qualifications in business, finance, analytics, or a related field.
Previous experience in business reporting, numerical analysis, or data-driven operational support is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including handling high-volume datasets, formulas, and reporting structures.
Experience with SAP and EDW (Cognos) is beneficial, though not essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate queries clearly and collaborate across international teams.
Fluent spoken and written English, with a flexible and proactive approach to supporting multiple countries and stakeholders.
