What You’ll Do:
- Identify, research, and qualify potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts (Calls, LinkedIn, etc.) in the Spanish market.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present our solution effectively.
- Book meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, market, and customer base to communicate value clearly and persuasively.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and target high-potential accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate on strategic outreach campaigns, experimenting with creative ways to engage prospects.
- Provide feedback to the team on messaging, objections, and market trends to continuously improve our approach.
About you:
Minimum Qualifications:
- You are hungry!
- C1 in Spanish or native level
- Previous experience in sales or a similar client-facing role.
- Eligible to work in a European country.
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Milan or Barcelona. This is a hybrid role, with flexibility on in-office requirements, but you'll operate next to the founders in our GTM effort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of challenges.
- A curious and proactive mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Understanding of SaaS products and the tech ecosystem.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a professional or personal capacity.
- A creative approach to prospecting, with experience in outbound campaigns.
