Job Description
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers/ masons on right construction practices.
- Conduct premium product demos at site
- Maintain cordial relations with influencers and, end customers to get repeat orders thereby maximizing sales and focus on long-term retention
- Work on after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required
- Enrollment in NuvoNirman App & Usage awareness
- Take initiatives to inculcate innovation in selling techniques by adopting new technologies and techniques
- Resolve channel partners queries related to business needs and support them to channelize their secondary and tertiary sales
- Monitoring of Vriddhi Loyalty program
