KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
TRADE MARKETING
- Execute 360° launch plans across Europe and own marketing activations end to end — from brief validation to production — spanning in-store trade, events, conventions, masterclasses and online activations.
- Manage new product listings across all retail partners, coordinating with internal teams to prepare and distribute the required assets and information.
- Build new-launch books, toolkits and activation recaps, and monitor a detailed European marketing plan.
- Ensure all trade marketing activities meet global brand standards and local expectations, reinforcing guidelines with partners to protect brand equity.
- Handle day-to-day operational requests from retailers and internal teams reliably and on time.
SALES REPORT & ANALYSIS
- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports by retailer and circulate the results to key stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key metrics, trends and insights.
- Forward-plan and provide analytical insight to support future growth, opportunities and business development.
BUDGET & SAMPLING
- Own the marketing and trade budget, managing purchase orders, keeping the marketing budget file up to date and tracking spending to ensure it stays in line with budget.
- Own the sampling plan: allocate quantities by retailer and market, track utilization and manage delivery to internal teams and retailers.
COMPETITIVE MONITORING & PERFORMANCE OPTIMISATION
- Identify new business opportunities across Hourglass's retail partners, stay curious about market developments in store and online and share relevant insights with the team.
- Regularly visit stores to better understand operational challenges.
ONLINE OPTIMISATION
- Conduct active competitive monitoring, including weekly checks of top retailers’ sites and a visibility tracker covering Hourglass and competitor activity.
- Lead the Sephora PDP online optimization project and replicate it across other retailers.
- Optimize product detail pages (PDPs) across retailer .com sites — copy, imagery, assets and SEO-relevant content.
- Track online performance and visibility and identify opportunities to improve conversion and discoverability

Experience & Requirements
- At least 3 years' successful experience in a similar role, within the retail / distribution, luxury or cosmetics sector (excluding internships).
- Higher education degree at master’s level (Bac +5) — business school or equivalent.
- Fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
- Willingness and availability to travel across Europe.
- Strong strategic mindset with analytical and synthesis skills, and a good command of Excel and reporting tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI).
- Excellent organization and project-management skills.
