We also have mobility focused software products that are deployed across the world.
Our India business (IBI Group India Pvt. Ltd. – an Arcadis group of company) is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to support our fast-growing Business Development team.
Role accountabilities:

Track and monitor tender opportunities from various government and private portals

Lead proposal Preparation and Coordination – manage bid documentation, formatting, compliance, compilation and submissions (online/offline) for tenders.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to gather inputs, ensure timely reviews, and finalize proposal content.

Maintain and update BD dashboards, ERP systems, and internal proposal databases to ensure version control and status tracking

Contribute to knowledge management by organizing reusable content, proposal templates, past submissions, maintaining ERP systems, and management reports.
Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate with minimum 1 year of experience in tender preparation & coordination.

Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, (Power BI or advanced Excel knowledge preferable)

Hands-on experience with online tender portals (e.g., GeM, ARIBA, Government e-Procurement) and exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, or similar platforms is preferred.

Strong attention to detail, ability to follow process and procedure, ability to prioritize, and a collaborative team player.
