- Coordinate, oversee, and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
- Manage the customer and client experience and overall project satisfaction Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities
- Thoroughly document restoration projects support the services provided
- Manage labor, equipment, and supply usage on assigned projects
- Communicate progress, problems, and important updates with internal team members.
- Verify all safety protocols are established and followed for workplace safety
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance, as assigned.
- Coach and train restoration technicians
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
