Manager Division

The Coated Products Operations division consists of multiple manufacturing plants, slitting and distribution centers, and an international partnership in Mexico. This role supports the production of pressure sensitive label stock using a wide range of materials and product capabilities, including films, paper, foil, and thermal offerings. The Division Manager leads and oversees manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while providing strategic direction, coaching, and accountability for on-site leaders and employees. This role directly oversees two (2) leaders and approximately 28 plant employees across two shifts, typically operating Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday coverage.
