Job Description The Project Specialist plays a key role in assisting with special projects and leadership development initiatives across the Department of Planning and Development. The position assists with coordinating and tracking department projects, managing working groups and strategic planning efforts, implementing process improvement initiatives, and facilitating leadership and team development sessions.
