We are looking for an IAM Senior Project Manager to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of our client's current Access Manager Identity Provider solution and recommend the best approach while leading migration and modernization efforts. This position will be contract and hybrid (3-days onsite) in Trenton, NJ. Candidates must currently be a commutable distance to the client site.
The assessment will address integration challenges with legacy applications, the need to alleviate existing technical debt, security enhancements, Identity proofing, and the development of an implementation roadmap.

What You’ll Do
Manage and implement programs to ensure all prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with organizational objectives
Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing programs
Direct and coordinate program activities to ensure project goals are achieved
Oversee personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs
Lead evaluation of identity provider solutions including enterprise and third party options
Assess integration challenges with legacy applications and recommend solutions
Drive migration from on premises identity and access management system to a SaaS based solution
Develop implementation roadmap including security enhancements identity proofing and reduction of technical debt
Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and clear communication
Coordinate with vendors and manage deliverables and service level agreements
What You'll Need
Required:
6 years of project management experience managing complex IT projects including planning executing and closing projects
6 years of experience with application migration and integration including APIs and middleware technologies
4 years of stakeholder management experience across multiple organizational levels
3 years of experience with access management technologies and understanding of identity and access management principles
3 years of technical understanding of IT infrastructure networking databases and software development processes
2 years of vendor management experience including working with third party providers and service level agreements
Preferred:
Experience with identity provider solutions such as Ping Identity or ForgeRock
Experience modernizing legacy systems and reducing technical debt within large organizations
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor

$95 - $100 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
