Our Nursing Administration team is the operational backbone of our inpatient behavioral health facility. As a team, we value high professionalism and mutual respect while creating a positive, collaborative, and uplifting work culture. You will work side-by-side with the Director of Nursing in a key administrative support capacity.
How you’ll contribute:
A Staffing Coordinator who excels in this role:
Prepares regular staffing schedules for nursing staff and posts schedule no less than two weeks prior to the start of the schedule.
Serves as the central contact person for the nursing department for call offs, schedule changes, PTO scheduling.
Monitors employee hours to minimize overtime.
Works with payroll to manage time entry to ensure proper and timely pay.
Works with management to maximize efficiencies in scheduling for the department.
Educates current and new staff on scheduling, communication methods and processes.
Step in to support the team through flexible hours and overtime when operational needs arise.

What we are looking for:
Applicants should have a high school degree or equivalent preferred. Additional requirements include:
Experience: Prior scheduling/staffing required. Prior behavioral health preferred.
License: Driver’s license preferred
