POSITION PURPOSE:
The Senior Manager of Outpatient Services provides strategic leadership, operational oversight, and clinical support for the following programs: All Adult Outpatient Services including SUD; All Child Outpatient Services including School Based Outpatient; Child Acute Partial Hospital Program and Certified and Non-Certified Peer Program
WHAT YOU WLL DO:
Leadership and Program Management
- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and performance measures
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with organizational policies, evidence-based practices, and applicable regulations. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered services that meet the needs of diverse populations.
- Monitor service utilization, client outcomes, and program performance indicators.
- Oversee audits, inspections, and accreditation activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, community organizations, and funding agencies.
- Represent the organization at community meetings, professional events, and stakeholder forums.
- Support business development and program expansion initiatives.
Staff Supervision and Development
- Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program supervisors.
- Ensure staff maintain required licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
Financial and Administrative Management
- Develop and manage program budgets and monitor expenditures.
- Analyze financial and operational data to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor productivity, billing, and revenue cycle performance.
- Identify opportunities for program growth, funding, and resource development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field required.
- 5 Years in a supervisory and/or program management role including direct supervision of team members.
- Strong knowledge of Behavioral Health Industry laws, regulations, policies, and procedures which govern the assigned program area.
- Solid Clinical Background in Child Behavioral Health Services.
