We’re seeking a Senior Test Systems Engineer to design, integrate, and deploy Automated Test Equipment (ATE) used to validate complex electronic systems in manufacturing and field environments. In this role, you'll work across the full engineering lifecycle—from requirements and architecture through integration, validation, and deployment.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop automated test equipment (ATE), test systems, and integrated hardware/software solutions
  • Create test architectures supporting analog, digital, RF, and power electronics
  • Develop test hardware, interface adapters, cabling, fixtures, and system interconnects
  • Lead small engineering teams and own technical execution, schedules, and deliverables
  • Support integration, validation, and deployment activities in manufacturing and field environments
  • Troubleshoot system-level issues and perform root-cause analysis to improve reliability and performance
  • Identify test readiness gaps and drive corrective actions
  • Collaborate with electrical, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and supplier teams to deliver complete solutions
  • Present technical updates, risks, and status reports to engineering leadership
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance test automation and system performance

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in test engineering, automated test equipment (ATE), electrical design, or test automation
  • Experience with electrical systems, circuit design, instrumentation, or electronic test equipment
  • Hands-on experience with LabVIEW, TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, or similar automation tools
  • Experience leading technical tasks, projects, or small engineering teams
  • Strong troubleshooting and system integration skills
  • Ability to work onsite in Tewksbury, MA
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one

Preferred Experience

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Automated Test Equipment (ATE) architecture and integration
  • Analog, digital, RF, or power electronics testing
  • Test and measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and signal generators
  • Manufacturing or production test environments
  • MS Project, Jira, Confluence, EVMS, or similar program management tools
  • Hardware/software integration and system validation
  • Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies
