The Manager, Financial Analysis leads a team of analysts, driving financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, standard costing, and strategic analysis. This role partners closely with supply chain, plant operations, and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights, improve profitability, and support global business objectives.

As a trusted business partner, the Manager oversees day-to-day financial operations and long-term planning, identifies opportunities to reduce costs and enhance productivity, and ensures financial processes support sustainable growth. The role also focuses on developing talent, coaching team members, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture across diverse global teams.

What You Will Do 

  • Drive business performance by identifying and implementing process improvements, delivering data-driven recommendations, leading annual planning, capital budgeting, and standard cost setting, and proactively mitigating business risks.

  • Partner with business leaders to challenge assumptions, strengthen decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives through effective project management, financial expertise, and influential communication across diverse audiences.

  • Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting, and analytical models that provide actionable insights, improve operational efficiency, support forecasting, and evaluate strategic growth opportunities.

  • Build organizational business acumen by coaching, mentoring, and empowering teams through cross-functional collaboration, financial best practices, standardized processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

  • Deliver meaningful financial and operational analysis, including forecasts, variance reporting, budgets, and performance metrics, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity across the organization.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years in finance with 3-5 years managing a team.  Manufacturing and international experience highly preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Systems: Oracle Fusion or similar ERP experience preferred. System migration experience preferred.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $145,000. This role qualifies for an incentive plan based on individual and company performance. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
