Who We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive sales experience
- Previous franchise dealership experience preferred
- Strong closing and relationship-building skills
- Professional communication and follow-up habits
- A customer-first mindset grounded in honesty and transparency
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

What You'll Do:
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle shopping and purchasing process
- Conduct product presentations and vehicle demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- Manage follow-up activities and opportunities through the CRM
- Stay informed on new models, product updates, and manufacturer training programs
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $90,000 to $175,000. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on individual units sold, customer‑experience incentives, and manufacturer approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
