About the role

As the Performance Manager – Global Finance Services you will be responsible for end-to-end performance, governance, and value realization of Finance services delivered by Global Finance Services, including those delivered through Genpact, Haleon’s strategic outsourcing partner, as well as activities delivered through Haleon Captive teams in the areas of Record to Report, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay

You will serve as the central point of accountability for consolidating and translating performance across all Global Finance Services activities into clear insights, actions, and outcomes.

In addition, you will have accountability for ensuring that Genpact consistently delivers against contractual commitments while driving productivity, transformation, and business value outcomes. This role represents a step-up from service management into strategic vendor performance leadership.

Finally, you will act as the single point of accountability for Genpact performance for Record to Report, partnering with senior Finance stakeholders and Genpact leadership to shape delivery strategy, optimize outcomes, and continuously enhance service effectiveness.

What This Role Delivers

  • A high-performing, insight-led governance model with executive visibility

  • Delivery of contractual commitments, productivity gains, and value beyond SLAs

  • Strong vendor partnership balanced with performance rigor and accountability

  • Ownership of Genpact performance across Finance processes for R2R

  • Tangible cost, efficiency, and transformation outcomes

Role Responsibilities

Performance Governance & Insights

  • Lead and evolve governance forums (MBRs/QBRs) into insight-driven decision platforms.

  • Establish and maintain a single source of truth for GFS performance, ensuring consistent definitions, KPIs, scorecards and reporting standards across all service lines and delivery locations

  • Own the evolution of GFS scorecards, KPIs, and performance frameworks aligned to OMP goals.

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights, identifying trends, risks, root causes, improvement opportunities and business implications for senior stakeholders

  • Drive root-cause analysis, trend identification, and proactive issue resolution.

  • Provide executive-level performance narratives, converting complex operational data into clear, concise messages for GFS LT, Finance LT and other senior forums

  • Partner with process owners, service leads and delivery teams to ensure performance insights are translated into practical interventions and sustainable improvements.

  • Continuously improve performance reporting and analytics, including dashboards, scorecards, leading indicators and forward-looking insights to support proactive decision-making

End-to-End Genpact Performance Ownership for Record to Report

  • Own and drive end-to-end performance of Genpact delivery, ensuring achievement of SLAs, KPIs, and business outcomes.

  • Move beyond SLA compliance to ensure quality, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

  • Maintain complete visibility of performance

Strategic Vendor Leadership

  • Lead the strategic partnership with Genpact, working directly with their leadership team.

  • Drive a balanced relationship—collaborative innovation with strong governance and challenge.

  • Influence Genpact’s delivery roadmap, capability maturity, and continuous improvement agenda.

Commercial & Value Realization
  • Own end-to-end visibility and governance of:

    • Productivity commitments

    • Incentive/penalty mechanisms

  • Drive value realization beyond contract, including automation, efficiency gains, and cost optimization.

  • Partner with Procurement and Finance to support contract evolution and renegotiation.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

  • Act as a trusted partner to GFS Leadership Team, Executive Leadership Team, and Finance stakeholders.

  • Translate performance insights into clear business implications and actions.

  • Lead escalations and ensure rapid resolution of critical issues.

Capability & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor operational leaders driving Genpact teams or Haleon employees

  • Drive standardization of performance management frameworks and best practices.

  • Build organizational capability in vendor performance management and operational governance.

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of regular global performance reports, including trend identification, market sizing, growth drivers, and competitive dynamics, ensuring consistency and robustness of insight outputs (e.g. Performance Board reporting).

  • Develop and enhance reporting solutions, including standardised templates, decks, and visualisation capabilities, to improve insight accessibility and consistency.

  • Ensure all reporting outputs meet high standards of accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance, balancing speed of delivery with analytical rigour.

  • Support the promotion of automated reporting tools and making recommendations on where existing reports can be updated and optimised, and where new features and functionalities can be built into new reports.
