Support the digitalization journey of treasury and accounting processes through software-based improvement projects
Contribute to automation-focused projects by utilizing digital tools such as Excel macros, VBA, and RPA solutions
Assist in identifying and improving manual and repetitive financial processes
Support process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization activities
Actively participate in digital transformation and continuous improvement projects within the department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency
Gain hands-on experience in accounting principles, treasury operations, and Bosch internal processes
Support reporting and analysis activities related to financial process improvement projects

2nd or 3rd year undergraduate student in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Interest in process digitalization, automation, and software-driven improvement projects
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Interest in Excel macros, VBA, or RPA tools (prior knowledge is preferred)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn financial processes, accounting workflows, and corporate systems
Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
