Join our team as a Client Relationship Management Specialist (EAM) in Milano, where you’ll play a pivotal role at the heart of our External Asset Management business. In this client-facing position, you will partner closely with EAM clients, ensuring their needs are understood, anticipated, and exceeded.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced, international environment, acting as a key liaison between clients and internal stakeholders while helping to drive sustainable growth. What would your role be?

  • Development of the Italien B2B market

  • Take over an existing client portfolio

  • Develop and acquire new client relationships in the Italian market

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects by providing recommendations that encompass multiple products and services

  • Develop in-depth understanding of client’s needs, preferences and overall wealth and be responsive to the changes in the business environment or clients’ needs

  • Effectively manage your book of clients and act as a relationship lead accountable for the clients’ experience

  • Leverage specialists, service officers and other expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of investment fiduciary, credit, and banking solutions

What are we looking for?

  • An Education in the field of finance or economics

  • At least five years of experience as a Relationship Manager (experience in EAM is an asset)

  • A good network of potential of multifamily offices and financial intermediaries in Italy

  • A client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, high motivation and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Solution-oriented and considerable sales and financial aptitude

  • Pro-active, analytical, and structured

  • Fluent in Italian, English
