
Dispatcher
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher is responsible for managing client bookings, coordinating vehicle dispatch, and ensuring timely & professional service delivery. This role serves as the communication link between clients and drivers and plays a key role in maintaining White Taxi’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive and process booking requests via phone, web, or mobile platforms
• Enter trip details accurately into the dispatch system
• Assign the nearest available vehicle using GPS and dispatch software
• Monitor trips in real-time to ensure punctuality and efficiency
• Communicate clearly with drivers regarding schedules and special client requests
• Provide professional customer support and handle inquiries or complaints
• Coordinate airport transfers, hotel pickups, and corporate transportation
• Ensure accurate documentation of trips and payments
• Follow up on service quality when needed
Requirements
• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dispatch operations preferred
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Good computer skills and familiarity with dispatch systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
