Are you passionate about advancing innovation and sustainability through strategic funding? Join PwC’s dynamic State Aid team and help secure and manage funding opportunities that create real impact for organizations and communities.
As an EU Funding & State Aid Senior Consultant, you will support clients with project management and administration, helping to ensure their projects meet funding requirements. You will provide practical insights to improve project implementation and guide clients through each stage of the project lifecycle.
You will also join PwC’s wider CEE network of funding experts, strengthening your international expertise while contributing to meaningful EU funding and state aid projects.
In this role, you will:
- Project management: oversee the full project implementation lifecycle and ensure compliance with funding regulations.
- Reporting and compliance: prepare project progress reports, support clients in public procurement processes, and manage communication with funding authorities.
- Application development: support colleagues in identifying relevant EU and national funding programmes, assessing their suitability for clients, and preparing tailored applications for specific calls.
- Business development: contribute to creating new service offerings and improving existing ones, using PwC technology solutions such as RPA and AI.
You are our perfect candidate if you have:
- 3-5 years of experience in EU project management or administration; experience in energy efficiency, renewable energy sources (RES), or innovation would be an advantage.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills, with close attention to detail when collecting, organizing, and interpreting data.
- A tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to use AI, RPA, and other technologies in service delivery and help develop innovative internal technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
Our offer:
- The monthly gross salary for this position ranges from 2000 EUR to 3500 EUR. Actual compensation depends on the candidate’s seniority, qualifications, skills, and performance.
