This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Chief Compliance Officer (Chief AML Officer and Chief Privacy Officer) in Canada.

This is a senior executive leadership role at the intersection of compliance, risk, AML, and privacy within a fast-scaling digital financial institution. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s end-to-end regulatory compliance strategy while enabling innovation in a highly regulated environment. Acting as a key advisor to the CEO and Board, you will oversee regulatory relationships and ensure adherence to OSFI, FINTRAC, FCAC, PIPEDA, and other applicable frameworks. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across compliance, AML, and privacy programs. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with product, legal, risk, engineering, and operations teams to support responsible growth. The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and focused on financial empowerment and innovation.
