In this position, you will lead the management of customer-facing programs supported by the Publix Nutritional Maintenance System (PNMS)—including Shelf Tag programs, Shopping Lists, and promotional materials that guide customer communication both in-store and online. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing the processes and procedures that ensure the accuracy of this information while upholding all regulatory and compliance requirements. Responsibilities:
In this position, you will lead the management of customer-facing programs supported by the Publix Nutritional Maintenance System (PNMS)—including Shelf Tag programs, Shopping Lists, and promotional materials that guide customer communication both in-store and online. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing the processes and procedures that ensure the accuracy of this information while upholding all regulatory and compliance requirements. Responsibilities:
- develop, implement, and manage the process for auditing nutrition information for existing items in PNMS
- develop, implement, and manage the process to provide nutritional information for the Publix Product Catalog
- develop, implement, and manage the process for capturing nutritional information from new items for the PNMS database
- researching regulatory rules and labeling laws to maintain compliance and integrity of the customer-facing programs
- ongoing evaluation and updating of nutrition filter criteria that supports customer-facing programs
- updating nutrition shopping/product lists on p.com and Publix Connection, such as: Gluten Free, Low Sodium, and other lists that will be created
- scheduling, providing and facilitating training to Category Teams for guidelines related to the nutritional information in PNMS
