Position Overview

Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments – creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.

 

We are seeking Summer Interns across several Business Functions, including Product, Technology, Marketing/Communications, Legal/Compliance/Risk, Government & Healthcare Administration, Business/Project Management, and Sales/Revenue Operations. These internships are based out of Florham Park, NJ.

This posting represents multiple distinct internship opportunities, and selected candidates will be aligned to a specific team based on business needs, experience, and interests.

Interns will gain hands-on experience contributing to meaningful projects, supporting day-to-day operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This internship is part of a structured summer program that includes mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary by team but may include:

• Supporting team initiatives, projects, and operational priorities
• Conducting research, analysis, and reporting
• Assisting with process improvements and documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Contributing to presentations, communications, or project deliverables

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program

• Available to work on-site out of Florham Park, NJ for the duration of the 8–10 week summer program

• Relevant coursework aligned to one or more of the functional areas listed above
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The hourly rate is $20/hr.
