Business Partnering

• Act as a business partner with commercial business units and leads to support optimal business decisions with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end company operations.
• Evaluates market’s financial results to ensure optimization of resources – making trade-offs across the business to identify opportunities and ideas for ensuring the appropriate investments for maximized return.
• As a finance business partner in supporting Commercial Team to drive innovative commercial initiatives.

 

Reporting & Planning Processes

• Participate in and support the financial planning processes & forecast exercises by providing timely analysis to commercial leads.
• Contribute to the market forecast/ budget presentation deck.
• Regularly tracking/monitoring of financial performance reporting, including actuals vs. budget/ forecast variance analysis.
• Work collaboratively with Business Support Center and regional finance to align and deliver local market finance and business objectives.
• Provide timely and quality business analyses and support ad-hoc queries.

 

Other Responsibilities

• Support ad-hoc FP&A requests and projects
• Drive simplification and standardization in financial planning process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values and standards of ethics and integrity.
