What You'll Drive at DTFS
As our Sales Enablement & Training Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing commercial performance, optimizing pricing strategies, supporting revenue operations initiatives, and enabling sales teams with the tools, insights, and training needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Pricing Strategy & Execution
- Lead pricing strategies and profitability analysis for the Mexican market.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer behavior.
- Partner with Finance, Risk, Product, and Sales teams to drive sustainable growth.
Sales Programs & Commercial Initiatives
- Design and launch promotional campaigns and pricing programs.
- Measure program effectiveness and business impact.
- Support strategic initiatives across Revenue Operations.
Revenue Operations & Business Transformation
- Lead process improvement and system enhancement projects.
- Represent Mexico in regional and global pricing forums.
- Drive adoption of commercial tools and analytics solutions.
Sales Enablement & Training
- Develop training materials, pricing guides, and sales playbooks.
- Support dealers and field teams with commercial insights and tools.
- Deliver training programs that improve sales effectiveness.
Planning & Financial Governance
- Support revenue planning, forecasting, and OPEX tracking.
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and develop team members through coaching and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
What You'll Bring
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
✔ 5+ years of experience in:
- Pricing
- Sales Operations
- Revenue Operations
- Commercial Support within Financial Services
✔ Strong knowledge of:
- Pricing Strategy
- Profitability Analysis
- Dealer Incentives
- Commercial Financial Structures
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience with:
- Salesforce
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Analytics Tools
✔ Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills
✔ Ability to transform data into actionable business insights
✔ English proficiency (written and verbal)
✔ Knowledge of AI, Analytics, Automation, or Machine Learning solutions is highly valued
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field)
