Job Description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager - Credit Risk Initiatives based in Canada.
You will join a dynamic credit risk and wholesale banking environment where you will play a key role in shaping risk governance, reporting, and strategic credit initiatives across a large and complex lending portfolio. In this role, you will provide insights and reporting that directly support leadership decision-making, including monthly and quarterly risk deliverables and ad-hoc strategic projects. You will act as a key advisor in strengthening credit risk frameworks, improving governance standards, and enhancing transparency across credit portfolios. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to interpret data, assess risk trends, and support regulatory and internal compliance requirements. This is a high-visibility role with significant influence on credit risk strategy, reporting accuracy, and business decision support. It is well suited for a professional who thrives at the intersection of data, risk governance, and strategic advisory work.
