Job Summary:
T3i is seeking a Resilience & Performance Coach (RPC) to support an embedded Human Performance Optimization (HPO) program serving Air Ground Operations personnel and other high-performance military populations. Working directly with military personnel, leaders, and interdisciplinary Human Performance professionals, the RPC will provide non-clinical resilience training, performance enhancement, stress management education, and human performance support designed to improve readiness, adaptability, recovery, and long-term effectiveness. The RPC serves as a trusted advisor and coach, helping personnel develop practical skills related to resilience, stress management, performance under pressure, communication, recovery, and overall well-being. This position operates within an embedded performance environment and collaborates closely with Physical Therapists, Strength & Conditioning Specialists, Operational Psychologists, and military leadership.
*This is a non-clinical coaching role. Duties do not include diagnosis, psychotherapy, formal clinical treatment, or clinical documentation.
*Hiring is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver resilience, stress management, and performance enhancement coaching
• Conduct individual and small-group coaching sessions
• Facilitate workshops and educational sessions focused on resilience, recovery, performance, and well-being
• Assist personnel in developing skills related to adaptability, communication, self-regulation, and performance under pressure
• Support leaders in fostering resilient, high-performing teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary Human Performance professionals to address readiness challenges
• Identify performance trends and provide recommendations to leadership
• Assist with program development and performance initiatives
• Maintain required records, reports, and professional credentials
• Operate within professional and ethical standards while maintaining appropriate referral pathways for personnel requiring clinical care
Minimum Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited institution
• Current unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in at least one U.S. state or territory
• Minimum two (2) years of experience supporting military, federal, tactical, operational, or high-performance populations
• Ability to obtain and maintain installation access
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting military, special operations, aviation, or tactical populations
• Experience delivering resilience, performance, or stress-management programs
• Experience facilitating group instruction and educational workshops
• Experience supporting Human Performance Optimization, H2F, POTFF, OHWS, or similar programs
• Experience working within embedded multidisciplinary performance teams
• Experience advising leaders and organizations on resilience and performance initiatives
