Key Accountabilities
As an Implementation Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day project deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and coordination with customers, vendors, and team members from the initial site visit through to the final handover, ensuring the completion of interior works and installation of deliverables.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer or vendor concerns promptly by resolving them directly or escalating them to the appropriate associate, team member, or regional project manager.
- Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of customer installation activities, ensuring all tasks are planned and executed within the allotted time frame.
- Delivery Management: Engage in continuous planning and effort to achieve timely deliveries, maintaining a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Vendor Performance Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor vendor performance to ensure adherence to timeframes and quality standards for materials and services delivered.
- Company Representation: Represent NCR Atleos in a manner that positively reflects the company’s image and reputation.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activities, as well as other required reports, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

- Prioritization: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks based on deadlines, ensuring timely completion of all responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiarity with other tools such as QuickBase, EPM, and ServiceNow.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen well and provide clear, unambiguous instructions.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Developed analytical and strategic thinking skills, with practical application in daily business operations.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work non-standard business hours as required by project demands.
