HR Generalist
Following the continuous growth of the company, we are looking for HR Generalist aiming to bring excellence to our internal clients, ensuring highest levels of efficiency and reliability. We are a multicultural and a diverse team, operating in Lisbon, Portugal.
About the job
Support and clarify employees about HR policies and procedures; acknowledge and screen requests or issues, or adequately direct within the Company those you aren't, assuring the follow-up until its closure;
Ensure HR databases are up to date, prepare HR related documentation from hire to termination processes such as contracts of employment and payroll administration, accurate and complies with legislation.
Development and implementation of HR projects and corporate processes related to annual performance, salary review, talent management – best employee experience.
Keep activities and KPIs on-track and ready for reporting.
About you
> 4 years previous experience as an HR Generalist, including payroll process execution;
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or closely related field;
knowledge of Portuguese Labor Legislation;
A people-person, with exceptional communication and empathy skills;
Excellent attention to detail, working quickly, concisely and quality oriented
Resilience and persistence, while following a collaborative and positive approach;
Interest in a highly hands-on environment;
Autonomy, self-organization and a great drive to automate repetitive tasks;
Fluent in both Portuguese and English;
