You’ll follow clear standards, support across the venue, and escalate issues when needed.   Your Impact Guest moments: welcome customers, guide first‑timers, and create a fun, inclusive atmosphere throughout each session. Game delivery: call numbers accurately, lead prize announcements, explain game formats clearly, and keep sessions running on time. Service support help: reset the floor between games, support with light service tasks, and keep your area tidy and ready. Safety & compliance: follow safer‑gambling, licensing and age‑restricted procedures; report incidents promptly; maintain accurate game processes. One‑team mindset: communicate clearly with colleagues and support across the venue—floor, F&B, hosting—so everything runs smoothly.   You’ll Bring Confident communication and a warm, welcoming approach. Ability to stay focused and composed in a busy, fast‑moving environment. Strong teamwork and a willingness to learn. Experience in entertainment, hospitality or customer service is helpful but not essential; full training provided.
