  Leadership Foundations Program Associate (Leadership Development Program | Management Training | Rotational Development Program | Future Leaders)   Mustang Cat is seeking driven, motivated, and high-potential individuals to join our Leadership Foundations Program (LFP) — a dynamic leadership development program designed to prepare future leaders within our organization. Through hands-on experience, professional coaching, operational exposure, and rotational assignments across multiple business divisions, participants will gain the foundational skills necessary to build a successful leadership career with Mustang Cat.   This immersive 18–24 month program provides exposure to various areas of the business including Power Systems, Service, Rental Services, SITECH, Parts, and Sales Administration.
