OBXtek has an immediate need for a qualified Sr. Litigation Attorney to support the USAID Office of the General Counsel (OGC) advice and legal services on litigation, contracting, legislative and administrative matters.The position requires deep expertise in litigation before federal courts and administrative forums within the Federal Government. The Senior Lawyer works closely with other OGC lawyers to provide authoritative legal opinions on complex or sensitive matters and in offering strategic guidance on legal risk management and compliance. This role includes the preparation of high-level legal memoranda, discovery requests and responses and communication with outside counsel, e.g. DoJ, and internal offices to meet litigation deadlines.
