Responsible for driving sales activities for plant-related customers by promoting piping systems, valves, and related solutions. Manages the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to order fulfillment and after-sales support, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business growth in line with One GF principles.

Essential Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities within assigned plant-related industries and territories

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with end users, EPCs, contractors, and distributors

  • Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate products and solutions

  • Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions

  • Coordinate with internal functions such as Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.

  • Manage sales opportunities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM and internal systems

  • Support project execution including delivery schedules, quality requirements, and risk management

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in collaboration with relevant departments

  • Conduct product and solution presentations to customers and business partners

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales within manufacturing, industrial, or plant-related environments

  • Proven ability to build customer relationships and close sales opportunities

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Additional / Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in plant, project-based, or solution sales

  • Knowledge of piping systems, valves, flow control, or industrial equipment

  • Experience working with EPCs, end users, or distributors

  • Business-level English communication skills

  • Experience using CRM
