Job Description

Responsibilities

  • 1. Support end-to-end recruitment administration, including job posting, candidate scheduling, interview coordination, and maintaining recruitment records.

    2. Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring all required documentation and system processes are completed accurately and on time.

    3. Assist with Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and other work authorization applications and renewals, working closely with external vendors and government agencies as required.

    4. Support new employee orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth employee experience.

    5. Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.

    6. Coordinate HR-related communications and administrative activities between employees, managers, and external service providers.

    7. Support payroll preparation by ensuring employee data and onboarding information are submitted accurately and on time.

    8. Assist with HR systems administration, including Workday updates, employee data maintenance, and report generation.

    9. Support employee engagement activities, training coordination, and company events as required.

    10. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and other administrative documentation.

    11. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, onboarding, and general HR processes.

    12. Support various HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

    13. Perform ad‑hoc tasks and administrative duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

    ·  1-3 years of HR, recruitment coordination, or HR administration experience preferred.

    ·  Experience supporting recruitment activities, interview scheduling, onboarding, or HR operations is an advantage.

    ·  Familiarity with Singapore Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, and MOM processes is preferred.

    ·  Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

    ·  Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    ·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    ·  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    ·  Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus.

    ·  Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a growing organization.

    ·  Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service mindset.
