Job Description

You’re open to a change of direction and a new challenge.

Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.

In this role, you'll:

Work as part of a team delivering operational, governance and program coordination support across Transport Asset Manager’s Freight, Property & Commercialisation and Heavy Rail Assets and Assurance functions.

This role will see you provide high-quality day-to-day support to senior leaders and their teams, coordinating schedules, complex communications, key projects, initiatives, reporting and governance activities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

You will coordinate multiple streams of work, improve operational processes and support the delivery of high-quality papers, presentations, reports and stakeholder updates that enable effective decision-making and delivery across TAM.

About you

You will bring structure, judgement and proactive follow-through to support governance, reporting, communications, financial and operational management activities across a dynamic business unit.

You’re recognised as a highly organised and collaborative professional, skilled at managing priorities, preparing clear written material, engaging stakeholders and supporting project or program delivery.

You are experienced in working within large, complex environments, coordinating interdependent initiatives, maintaining quality under pressure and building trusted relationships with senior leaders, teams and internal and external stakeholders.
