Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for TEZ and represent the company in client interactions
- Advocate for customer needs and deliver solution-oriented support using TEZ products and services
- Lead and support client onboarding, partnering with Sales to ensure successful implementation strategies
- Coordinate and guide clients through the transition to TEZ products
- Deliver product training to clients and internal teams
- Provide support during service calls and troubleshoot product-related issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships post-implementation to ensure ongoing success
- Track, analyze, and leverage data to improve service delivery and client outcomes
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for project goals and client satisfaction
- Support internal onboarding processes and maintain accurate system and database records
- Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and client expectations across multiple projects
Qualifications
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred, but not required
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to build rapport and understand client needs
- Proficiency with computer applications and relevant software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities during critical client implementations
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
