QA Engineer - Performance Engineering - Pune

Role And Responsibilities 

• Create load-testing scripts for web/REST API applications.

• Embed performance tests in CI-CD pipeline and automate the performance testing process.
• Conduct tests with complex workloads and data shapes to identify bottlenecks and failure points. 
• Tune node js and JAVA servers parameters for optimal performance.
• Utilize testing tools such as JMeter, site speed, Grafana for VMs/k8 and client performance.
• Work with APM/log monitoring tools like ELK, Grafana and AppDynamics.
• Generate insightful performance metrics for management review.
• Analysing and identifying performance bottlenecks of applications deployed in Linux servers using Linux commands/Shell scripting is a must.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in performance engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of Java/JavaScript, web framework architectures, and system performance.
• Understanding of SDLCs, CI/CD, and test-driven mindset.
