Shift:
The regular hours for this position are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and every other Saturday from 6:00pm to 6:15am. You will receive a 15% shift differential for working on the night shift.Job Description:
The Manufacturing Operator I performs a variety of hands-on tasks supporting probe card manufacturing operations. This entry-level role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality products by executing manufacturing processes, maintaining equipment readiness, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manufacturing & Production Operations
Execute manufacturing processes including assembly, testing, inspection, and troubleshooting of probe card components.
Follow established work instructions, process documentation, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
Equipment Set‑Up & Maintenance
Perform equipment set-up, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance to ensure tools remain in optimal operating condition.
Identify and escalate equipment or process abnormalities to minimize downtime.
Process Monitoring & Optimization
Collect and analyze production and equipment data to make on‑line adjustments that maintain process stability and quality.
Support efforts to reduce variation, improve yield, and enhance throughput.
Engineering & Continuous Improvement Support
Collaborate with engineering teams to run tests, experiments, and trials that improve existing production processes or enable new product development.
Provide feedback on manufacturability, process flow, and potential enhancements.
Training & Team Collaboration
Assist in training and coaching peer technicians to support skill development and strengthen team performance.
Maintain a positive, collaborative work environment and actively participate in knowledge sharing.

This role in Livermore, California pays between $17.05 and $22.37 per hour, depending on your experience, skills, and background. Pay may vary in other locations.
