Job Description
Support Opco marketing leader to develop marketing annual plan and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Drive & implement marketing initiatives independently (tactics) that are aligned with marketing priorities (e.g., product X in segment Y) and support Sales team with near-term objectives to drive leads collection and funnel conversion (e.g., own creation of sales tools, brochures, digital nurturing campaign, webinar etc.).
Drive customer engagement through omni channel value selling communication and content innovation.
Cooperate with Product Marketing team to develop portfolio strategies, workflow solutions and value propositions for key applications and products.
Work directly with MarCom to build content & activity needed for initiatives
The essential requirements of the job include:
Minimum of 5-year marketing experience in B2B sectors, preferably biotech, life science or adjacent industry
Strong abilities in data analytics and customer insights
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to create content for omni channel marketing.
