Software Engineering Senior Analyst - ReactJS
Position Overview
As a Software Engineering Senior Analyst - ReactJS, you will develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js. You will implement UI components, integrate with backend services, and contribute to delivering responsive, high-quality user experiences for Evernorth’s healthcare technology platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Implement UI components following design specifications and style guides.
Work with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) for data flow.
Build responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Integrate with backend RESTful APIs for data fetching and updates.
Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards.
Debug and resolve front-end issues and browser compatibility problems.
Optimize component rendering performance and user experience.
Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers on feature implementation.
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of experience in front-end development with 3+ years in React.js.
College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field.
Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS.
Experience with state management (Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Experience with build tools (Webpack) and version control (Git).
RESTful API integration experience.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with responsive design frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to production environments.
Industry / Domain Experience Needed:
Demonstrated experience in front-end application development.
Ability to navigate a geographically diverse team and communicate effectively.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
Location & Hours of Work
Full-time position, working 40 hours per week. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India.
