Customer Care Shared Services provides centralised support for the management of customer personal particulars across Income Insurance. The function handles both customer-facing requests and backend updates from business units, ensuring accurate and consistent customer data.
The Data Entry Specialist is primarily responsible for data cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of customer data across multiple systems. The role involves processing large volumes of data, validating customer information against supporting documentation, and identifying, correcting, and reconciling data inconsistencies to uphold data integrity.
